Hello, this is Duncan O'Neill again.

I thought I would tell you something about my day.

I am very lucky to live in a small city in the North of New Zealand,
Whangarei. Up here, it isn't too cold, except in winter. Then, 
temperatures can go down to nearly zero degrees ( that's celsius )
during June, July, and August. Those are our winter months.

I live nearby a small river off the Whangarei harbour. It was high
tide early this morning, so I went for a swim. I like to do that 
every day, it keeps me healthy and feeling good.

After doing some work, I travelled into town to do some shopping,
and went for a jog. Not too fast, I'm old.

It is now mid-afternoon, and after having my lunch, 
I am enjoying my last coffee of the day, and working on this website.
